Currently residing in Goodyear, AZ. Born in Pennsylvania and raised in Miami, FL. I come from a family of athletes. My father and brother were both big time track and cross country runners, and I followed in their footsteps. My sister was a runner in school as well. Running is a love of mine. I'm a mom to 5 beautiful children (all under the age of 8) and wife to one hot hubby! I've always been a runner and worked out consistently throughout all my pregnancies. Prior to becoming a Coach I had done P90X and loved my results. I then got pregnant with baby #5 (Giuliana) and afterwards it was much more difficult to get back to pre-pregnancy weight. I was very insecure with myself and fell into depression. Because of my lack of confidence; always critiquing my tummy chub and rolls; and lack of self-worth; it started to affect my marriage because I didn't want my husband Will to even hug me. Whenever he would wrap his arms around my waist, I would cringe because I felt so insecure. Something needed to change in my marriage and it was me. My attitude!!!!That's when I got Insanity! Well, let me tell ya-Never, EVER had I not only gotten below my pre-pregnancy weight; I now have a smaller waistline and tight abs! I have gained so much self confidence and know my WORTH!!! My marriage of almost 10 years is strong and my hubby can hug me ANYTIME he feels like it! Look for me in the upcoming INSANITY infomercial that I recently shot while in Vegas for the Beachbody Coach Summit this past June 2012. It was surreal and a true honor to be a part of the infomercial and share my story with the world. I'm humbled and blessed. I inspired many of my friends & family by getting back into shape and thought, "Heck why not become a Coach and REALLY do this." I mean, really help and transform other men and women who are just like me trying to get fit & healthy. I'm currently doing the home fitness program, BodyBeast and am training for my 1st bodybuilding competition! I'm a Certified Fitness Instructor in the formats of: INSANITY®;TurboKick®; PiYo Strength®; Hip Hop Hustle® and R.I.P.P.E.D® I'm also in school thru NASM (National Academy of Sports & Medicine) to become a CPT. So, here I am! I am a product of the product. I will listen to your needs, provide support and motivate you. I do it with integrity. I'm humbled by those I have inspired to get off their butts and make a lifestyle change.
